Pinellas Park Man arrested for Sexual Battery of a Minor
On May 27, 2025 Pinellas Park Police arrested Joshua Tybeck at his home for Sexual Battery (Child under 12 years old).The investigation revealed that the incident took place in 2020, when the victim was 6 years old. Tybeck is a family friend with no familial ties to the child.
Tybeck has been employed as a Plant Operator at Morgan Fitzgerald Middle School for approximately two years. Tybeck was transported to PinellasCounty Jail without incident.The public is encouraged to contact the police if they have knowledge of this subject having inappropriate contact with any other victims.
