LAKELAND, FL — July 15, 2026 — Florida Blue officially celebrated the grand opening of its new Lakeland center with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new location at 340 Kathleen Road, marking an expansion of its services for residents across Polk County.
Community leaders, local officials, and representatives from Florida Blue gathered for the event, which officially welcomed the new location to the community. The new office is expected to provide residents with access to health insurance information, customer support, and other healthcare-related services.
Florida Blue representatives said the new location is designed to make it easier for individuals, families, and businesses to receive in-person assistance while strengthening the company’s presence in Central Florida.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony highlighted the importance of expanding access to healthcare resources and reaffirmed Florida Blue’s commitment to serving the Lakeland community.
