We have received reports of a concerning incident in Winter Haven, Florida, involving the Winter Haven Police Department.
It is alleged that a woman and a child were held at gunpoint. The incident took place on Avenue M NW at the Winter Haven Motor Vehicle Services building. We have contacted the Winter Haven Police Department for an official statement. Video was sent to us by a follower.
