Lakeland, FL – Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital will hold a hiring event on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Polk State College – Lakeland Campus.
The event will include two sessions:
- 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Allied Health and Support Services positions
- 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: Nursing and Nursing Support Professionals positions
Location: Lakeland Technology Building (LTB), 3425 Winter Lake Road, Lakeland, FL 33803.
Walk-ins are welcome. Candidates are required to bring a printed copy of their resume. Hiring managers will be onsite to interview eligible applicants.

The hospital, a collaboration between Orlando Health and Watson Clinic, is scheduled to open in summer 2026. On opening day, the facility will feature more than 300 inpatient beds, 69 emergency and observation beds, 11 operating rooms, four cardiac and interventional suites, and 18 beds in an intensive care unit (ICU) capable of serving 36 patients at full build-out.
Obstetric services will include eight labor and delivery rooms, two special cesarean section operating rooms, and more than 25 post-partum rooms. A 12-bed neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) will begin operations shortly after the hospital opens.
The project represents one of the largest hospital capital investments made by Orlando Health and is intended to expand access to specialty care for patients in Polk County and surrounding areas.
