Orlando, FL – November 23, 2025, at approximately 10:11 p.m., Orlando Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 3400 block of Columbia Street. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim lying on the ground with an apparent gunshot wound. Officers and Orlando Fire Department personnel rendered life-saving aid; however, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Brian Blackshear, Black male, date of birth August 17, 1983.
This remains an active investigation. No additional details are available for release at this time.
