The Orlando Police Department would like to announce the results of a recent child sex sting and prostitution operation.
“Operation HEARTBREAKER” started on February 6, 2025, and involved Orlando Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) along with other federal and local law enforcement partners. The joint operation resulted in the arrest of 27 people.
The individuals arrested ranged from 18 years old to 42 years old.
One juvenile human trafficking victim was rescued by the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation (MBI) as a result of this operation.

In today’s digital age, it’s important to stay informed about what children are experiencing online and address any concerns promptly. If you notice any suspicious activity or incidents, we encourage you to report them to your local law enforcement agency. Our goal is to work together with the community to keep our children safe both online and offline.”
