Winter Haven, FL — The City of Winter Haven has issued a call for artists and muralists to submit designs for a mural on the downtown parking garage located at 220 Avenue A NW.
The mural is intended to depict the community’s history, culture, and connection to the Chain of Lakes. Designs must be bright and uplifting, reflecting Winter Haven’s character and pride.
The selected artist will receive a $35,000 stipend upon completion. The City will cover all installation costs.

Call opens: October 17, 2025
Entry deadline: December 19, 2025
Artists notified: February 13, 2026
Completion deadline: September 30, 2026
Proposals are to be submitted for consideration in creating the downtown landmark.
