We have received reports of a disturbing incident in Winter Haven, Florida, involving the Winter Haven Police Department. It appears that a female and a child were held at gunpoint. The situation occurred on Avenue M NW at the Winter Haven Motor Vehicle Services building. A video is available on “863 Crime Watch Group”.
